Client Partner role
Location- Dubai , Abu Dhabi , Qatar
Responsibility:
• Drive growth in a large Airlines/ Airport client
• Responsible for new business development while protecting the existing business
• Able to sell to both business and IT, selling solutions for business operations, cloud, digital, intelligent automation, data and analytics
• Understand clients’ business goals, develop required solutions and build trust with client
• Construct large business transformation deals with the thought leaderships
• Identify, assess, qualify and close the new business opportunities
• Develop solutions leveraging internal practice and partner solutions.
• Positioning NIIT as the Strategic IT and business partner
• Enhance the relationship managing executive relationships of the client stakeholders
• Lead client discussions and present the business problem and solutions
• Accountable against measurable revenue and profit growth within set timelines.
Desired Skills And Experience
• 15+ years of experience in client facing role including client partner or account leadership role in the IT professional services
• Experience as account manager/client partner constructing and winning large deals
• Deep business domain and technology understanding, including the solutions using emerging technologies such as Cloud , AI/NLP, Data and Analytics .
• Capability in identifying large scale opportunities, diving into business problems, technical issues and developing solutions working with technology service line and partners
• Ability to conceptualize, analyze, create business transformations blueprint and solutions
• Knowledge of client context, and client engagement including organizational sensitivities to consistently look for new solutions
• Experience of managing accounts of large size.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and client management skills
• Proven record of building and maintaining long term relationships at CXO levels.
