Our client is now recruiting for an inhouse Junior Graphic Designer (UAE National) that has a passion for communication and design.
Responsibilities:
Doing research and developing concepts for creative projects
Supports the Senior Graphic Designer and/or Head of Department in developing concepts, preparing mock-ups, and ideas for various projects and initiatives.
Participation in the creative process from concept to visualization and final execution.
Collaborates with other members of in-house design team and other departments and suppliers and agencies to ensure that the creative output communicates desired message within creative brief and brand guidelines.
Delivers design solutions in all required platforms (inclusive but not limited to print, social media posts and banners, marketing collateral, websites, gift items and collaterals with high visual impact)
Ability to adapt and utilize any done creative file
Following the brief and needs of the project while ensuring brand consistency
A passion for branding, creating logos and developing brands
Good layout and typography skills and have an eye for details
Basic photo editing skills
Making sure to follow the brand rules and guidelines when creating work
Ability to art-work and finalize files for production
المهارات
0 to 2 years in the design and marketing filed
Fluent Arabic and English Speaker (writing Arabic would be a plus)
Proactive, detail oriented and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Be dynamic and creative with an eye for detail and ability to work on own initiative
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or visual communication
Proficiency in Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator
Basic Video and animation skills are a plus
