A stealth startup is working in retail grocery e-commerce that provides its users a platform to shop for groceries and connecting them with their favorite retailers.
We are looking for Operations Executive to focus on managing overall operations including integration with physical retail chains and last mile order delivery.
Responsibilities :-
• Responsible for full operational execution of timely deliveries and seamless shopping experience in Physical Retail chains.
• Responsible for store onboarding, training, setting up processes and maintaining SLAs
• Working closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, business development and others to ensure highly quality customer experience
• Establish and manage all partners and agents in the supply chain ensuring effective, efficient and smooth operations
• Collaborates with stores, regional/area managers & operations executives, and leadership to develop or revise plans, policies, and procedures for logistics support
• Pursues optimal performance from assigned resources with consideration of time, cost, and customer experience
• Regular involvement in developing and managing relationships with clients, vendors, agents and government authorities
• Responsible for ensuring current capabilities are highly market competitive
• Willing to operate in a dynamic environment
• Identify opportunities for future development to make shopping easier for our customers
• Understand and spec out customer and business requirements for improvements through working with Data Science, User Experience, Business Development and Marketing teams
• Work across the business to ensure that time-smart solutions, delivery of near- term roadmaps and success for the long term product strategy
