As the Head of Intelligence & Insights you will Lead and manage the Insights function by developing the department agenda and coordinating with external stakeholders to identify key focus priorities.

Description
Drive the development and delivery of the Insights departmentDevelop the research agenda and work with departments to understand and priotise their data needsMonitor performance of the department and prepare periodic reports on the overall performancepro-actively identify new sources of data, in order to provide the highest quality research outcomes and recommendationsEngage and manage relevant Subject Matter Experts such as statisticians, researchers, marketing and other professionals for specialist services and projectsManage the development of a robust statistical data analysis methodology and supporting tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and validity of all data and statisticsLead the development, preparation and presentation of market intelligence insights to executive leadership

Profile
Proven leadership experience of at least 5 years in a market research, business intelligence or strategic insights department within a top organisationAt least 10 years professional experience within market research, strategy or business intelligenceStrong technical understanding of data analysis best practices with understanding data modelling and business intelligenceMaster’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, StatisticsStrong understanding of economics and statisticsStrong people management skillsExcellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
