Functional Area: Human Resources Job Summary We are looking for a Executive recruiter to source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialized positions.
1. Develop and execute recruiting plans.
2. The goal is to exceed client s expectations and to add value to their business.
3. Maintain checklists , trackers , reports and follow up status.
4. Connecting with screened candidates over phone to explain them about position
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling end to end recruitment process for Junior senior management level.
2. Sourcing through Job Portal
3. Communicating with every candidate and creating a good sense of understanding with the candidate
4. Post openings on internet , with professional organizations , and in other position appropriate venues.
5. Source and recruit candidates by using databases , social media etc
6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
7. Deriving Innovative Business Excellence models as per the Customer requirements.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
10. Interview candidates (via phone)
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above
2. With very good communication skills
3. Candidates with experience in recruitment will be preferred
4. Works intensely , is competitive , and ambitious; pushes for high standards of recruitment.
5. Willingness to learn and perform in the Recruitment and HR Industry.
