MANAGER – MODELLING & SIMULATION

Job Description and Requirements
Minimum Qualification:

University degree in computer science, chemistry, polymer processing or any equivalent chemical, Engineering, or science discipline.
Preferred Ph.D. or master’s degree in related discipline.
Minimum experience and skills

Min 8-12 experience in polymer research and development, technical, or process occupations.

Solid hands on material science and material handling.

Hands on catalysis, polyclinic production assets (Borstar) compounding technologies.

Excellent understanding of innovation strategy and IPR related issues.

Excellent leadership skills in setting direction ,engaging and inspiring people.

Excellent network in the relevant areas(Science,customers,universities,partners).

Exposure to work with polymer converting processes i.e molding,pipe,filim extrusion,blow molding.
Any Nationality.
