Job Description and Requirements
Job Purpose:
Manage the Talent Management strategies, policies, processes and team to support Company’s organization and business with the right leadership and talents on-time, who performs their associated jobs and employment requirements in contributing to the company’s strategies, operations, processes and plans.
This role includes building the talent pipeline and leadership capabilities, developing Talent Management and Development Strategies leading and monitoring the development of competency’s model, system or framework, developing and managing the employee’s performance process, leading the development of competencies, overseeing the competency assessments process, centers and panels and leading the succession planning for the entire company.
Minimum Requirements:
University Degree in Management, HR or relevant discipline.
Minimum of 12 years of total experience in Human Capital Roles.
Working knowledge on learning and development and psychometric assessments.
Proven work knowledge in developing retention strategy
Preferred to be certified in CIPD, SHRM or recognized International HR Certification.
