Job Purpose:
Provides customer service and technical support by delivering the highest level of End User service performance from Installation and in any critical 24X7 environment.
Technical Responsibilities.
1. Regular and timely plan preventive maintenance to meet Health Authority/Quality Control policies and regulations
2. Regular and timely corrective actions for breakdown calls
3. Application support for the technicians
4. Develop a good customer relationship
5. Selling and promotion of service contract for the different product handled
6. Achieving the target revenue for the whole year.
7. Selling and promotion of calibration material ( SCS1000)
8. Installation of the product trained
9. Attendance of the training when Scheduled / required.
Administrative Responsibilities
1. Timely filling of the weekly report
2. To support the service coordinator in the preparation of the Health Authority/Quality Control documents for new installations.
3. To update the database of instruments with the service coordinator
4. Coordinating with Sales team regarding the technical information and pre installation site visit.
5. Provide the commercial lead to the sales team
