الوصف الوظيفي
· Manage and administer all systems under their custody and conducts system troubleshooting and problem resolution

· Handle all queries and requests to systems under their custody in an accurate and timely manner

· Ensure the efficiency and functionality of all servers under the custody in Company data centre

· Set up Company hardware and software in accordance with Department’s policies and procedures

· Ensuring the hardware and software are fully operational

Requirements:

4-6 years’ work experience in similar role or IT field

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent in the following

· Computer Science

· Information Technology

· Computer Engineering

Essential Qualification/Certificate

· Server Management Certificate

· Microsoft Infrastructure System Certificate

Bonus Qualification / Certificate

· Basic Network Certificate

· IT Security Certificate
