We are looking for registered midwives for Danat Al Emarat Hospital in Abu Dhabi.

Salary: between 16K - 18K per month
UAE working hours (shifts)
Need to be GCC/UAE midwives certified. DOH Licensed.

Any nationality (preferably: ukrainians, europeans, russians)
With Pleasing Personality
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery (must have Bachelor’s Degree)

Years of experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the unit and accountable to the Nurse Manager for the organization, direction and supervision of all nursing activities within the Ward/Unit.
· Provides leadership, staff development, and mentoring and is responsible for the orientation and induction training of new, junior registered nurses and Practical Nurses.
· Ensures nursing clinical quality standards and practices are compiled, maintained and evaluated when necessary.
· Works closely with Nurse Manager, Heads of Department and Doctors to ensure a high standard of nursing care and meet/exceeds customers’ expectation.
· Accountable for ensuring all services rendered are consistent with their education and assessed competence, meet legislative requirements and are supported by appropriate standards.
· Understands, supports and promotes the mission, vision, and values of organization. Provides age appropriate patient care according to the Nursing Scope of practice as defined by HAAD.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Salary up to AED 16,000 + single accommodation or AED 18,000
