Retail Fit-out Site Coordinator

الوصف الوظيفي
· The primary role of the Site Coordinator is to support the Retail Design and Delivery Managers.

· Ensure compliance of the tenant’s construction in accordance with the approved design, technical criteria and local statutory rules and regulations

· Coordinate effectively on all aspects of project status both verbally and in writing.

Maintain relationships with multiple parties both internal and external to resolve construction and coordination issues for timely unit completion

· Assist the Delivery Manager to support all aspects of the unit milestone program to achieve timely completion of all units.

· Support and assist the Retail Design and Delivery Managers with all site requests and requirements.

· Oversee space acceptance and unit handovers and prepare all relevant documentation.

· Witness all pressure tests, testing and commissioning and service connections as applicable. Prepare all relevant reports and supporting documentation.

· In-depth knowledge of all local authority rules and regulations.

· Ensure tenants construction is in accordance with the approved design, approved materials, technical criteria and all relevant statutory rules and regulations.

· Facilitate all activities pertaining to tenant premobilization and site mobilization with the appointed project team

· Review contractors fit-out programs and ensure compliance to critical path milestones and monitor scheduled activities onsite to ensure they are in accordance with program timelines.

· Any discrepancies or shortfalls in the submitted program must be appropriately recorded and highlighted to the Delivery manager for necessary action.

· Verification of LOD’s against base build.

· Enhance site management procedures to ensure fit-out quality and timely completion of fit-out works.

· Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with tenants, contractors, FM departments and asset service providers

· Ensure compliance with the mall security & HSE- guidelines, Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and Procedures at all times.

· Perform other related duties or assignments as required & directed. 

المهارات
• Diploma In civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, (min 4 years retail delivery experience) or any relevant degree in construction.

- Effective business and Project management skills

- Working knowledge of all cross functions involved in Retail Delivery
