Tranetech Software Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales professional who has prior experience in the software industry. Especially, on ERP, Property Management/Real Estate Industry, Facility Management, Human Resources Management System, and Mobile App solutions is an added advantage. We seek a self-starter person who represents the entire range of company products to assigned customers while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Understanding customers’ specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Giving an initial level of presentation to the prospect through phone/online tools.
Attending industry events and get leads through his/her reference by various channels.
Apart from generating their own leads for the company. Converting the leads given by the company and close the deal.
Handling the leads coming through the contact form and phone calls.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Regular leads follow-up and collecting the payment from the customer based on the project milestone completed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
