الوصف الوظيفي We are a multi-disciplinary building design consultant, operating in the GCC region. The Company offers designs in hospitality, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. Over the last two decades, we had built sound relationships with selected clients and had been successful in delivering multiple projects. The Company services range from programming, planning, full architectural and engineering designs, full electro-mechanical designs, to construction administration and project management. Duties and Responsibilities: · The BIM manager is required to lead, manage and develop the Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation for the Company. · Demonstrate expertise in preparation of 3D BIM models, BOQ & cost estimation, analysis, and specification linking, and construction documents using Revit Architecture with adequate knowledge in using Revit Structure and Revit MEP, to develop, lead and assist project teams in BIM project set up. Lead BIM Coordination Meetings Perform spatial coordination of disciplines considering all discipline BIM models on a project To develop and maintain Revit content libraries through creation of families using formulae, nesting and type catalogs Experience in the field of architectural design and documentation. Ability to work as part of team and provide creative solutions to projects utilizing technology and experience. Education Bachelor degree in Architecture / Engineering المهارات Must possess excellent communication skills, professional writing skills and the ability to manage several projects and priorities at one time.
