Job description:
1. Prevention of diseases such as vaccination, control of internal and external parasites of all animals.
2. Providing therapeutic and diagnostic service of disease cases provided by livestock breeders and related authorities.
3. Supporting hospital official’s Veterinary clinic in monitoring animal diseases and providing appropriate treatment and diagnosis for corneal or committees.
4. Contribute to correct the fertility problem in different types of farm animals that provide advisory and expert services.
5. Attend all emergencies on request after working hours and public holidays.
6. Monitoring and reporting Death diseases to concerned official’s /hospital / veterinary clinic and the related section by electronic notification system.
7. Collect the necessary samples, whether the body, stool, blood, urine or other examination, body fluids, for laboratory analysis.
8. Interpret the diagnostic imaging reports received from the radiologist to ensure and implement infection control / Biological security policy measures in hospital and field
9. Act of isolating, spray, quarantine to protect public health
10. Routine registration of cases visited and other technical activities through applicable electronic systems, preparation of periodic summary and timely reporting as required.
11. Periodic summary capture and definition of normal animals.
12. Advice to animal owners regarding sanitary, boiling and public management measures, nutrition for farm management and treatment options.
13. Training and supervision of hospitals Veterinary clinics workers and those who deal with animals and care about them.
14. Attend designated meetings, committee meetings and conferences, as required.
15. Keep abreast of professional developments and new technologies, through continuing education.
16. Maintain a good relationship with stakeholders.
17. Perform any other related activities.
المهارات
Candidates must have :
1- BA holder of Veterinary or equivalent, with knowledge & practical experience to deal with animals.
2- 3 years field experience.
3- Pass the interviews and tests related to the position and get approved by Higher Authority Administration.
4- Holder of Practice permit from Ministry of Environment and Climate Change.
