Job Description and Requirements
Advises teams on business alternatives, including divestitures, acquisitions, joint ventures, and alliances.
Supports strategic processes and develops short term and long terms plans with respect to the initiative in question.
Plans generally include marketing and business development goals, technology goals, and financial goals by using market trends.
Acts as a facilitator to develop and make improvements to strategies by assisting with market analysis, development of value scenario, finalization of strategic tenets and development of final business portfolio.
Works to align strategies with financial plans. Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices.
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronic, etc.) with a minimum Twenty (15+) years of contract experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects (Onshore / Offshore)
The Project Control Manager will manage, as per their specialty, at least three (3) EPC mega projects or at least one mega project.
