As a financial functional expert with deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion, this senior-level professional combines a deep understanding of technology, industry best practices, multiple business processes and architectural patterns to develop optimal solutions for our business owners.
As a Financial Functional Consultant, you are primarily responsible for capturing, analyzing, and estimating organization’s business requirements and translating them into Cloud ERP solution architecture that fit within the organization’s business environment and business objectives.
Core responsibilities of the role include:
• In depth knowledge of functional domains
• In depth knowledge of the overall architecture of Cloud ERP. • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Oracle solution and keep abreast with the product roadmap.
• Good understanding of Oracle technology
• 8+ years of total experience with minimum three years of end- to- end Oracle financials implementation experience across industries
• Experience in Oracle EBS Financials in implementation/ support/upgrade type of projects
• Must have good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle Apps financials modules such as AR/AP/GL/FA/CM/AGIS/iExpenses
• Knowledge on SLA and accounting
• Proficient in the AIM Methodology
• Proficient in preparing Functional Design Documents
• Good knowledge of period close activities and reconciliation • Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SR’s with Oracle Support
• Support the data migration process from a functional point of view
• Take the lead on understanding new products or new features
• Define implementation Roadmap and produce project estimates with project managers.
Required experiences and competencies include:
• Oracle Fusion knowledge is must
• Knowledge of modules such as Revenue Management, Cost Management, PA, iProcurement, OM, Inventory and Purchasing is an added advantage
• Innovative –Must be a highly innovative thinker and problem solver to create solutions to problems being faced by the business users
• Leadership – Ability to lead analysis, CRP and solution presentation workshops
• Analytical –Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand business processes. Ability to map business scenarios to the standard product thus identifying gaps and providing solutions to fill those gaps
• Education: BE/B. Tech/ B. Com /MBA-Finance – Equivalent
• Able to plan and conduct design sessions.
• Able to influence direction of senior management in design sessions.
• Particularly good presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English
