Parsons extensive experience combined with your skills, including drafting contracts, and identifying potential conflicts. At this level, you will monitor and administer the business provisions of assigned contracts to ensure that contract requirements are met. In this role, you perform contract administration assignments for projects with constructed values typically in the $20 to $50 million range, predominantly with domestic clients.  You will apply experience and increasing proficiency in the use of contract administration principles and practices.  Responsibilities: Provide support to the Contract Manager for design changes
Support CS Quantity Surveyors
Provide uniformity in QS practices across the program
Review all new unit rates.
Prepare Variation Orders.
Assist in reviewing the Claims and rate negotiation.
Support during close out of projects.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field
5+ years of QS & contract administration experience is required
Requires a working knowledge of industry business practices and contract administration principles, as well as some exposure to contract negotiations.
Incumbent must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration
