The IT Engineer/Senior Engineer will provide onsite technical support and preventive maintenance of IT equipment deployed for business use across various sites. This role will do the onsite tests and analysis of IT hardware equipment, peripherals, Operating System, structured cabling, network etc. based on established deployment, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance instructions. This role will also be responsible for the onsite delivery and installation of IT equipment. This role will also interact with the business users in order to facilitate the hardware installation and timeslot for servicing and resolving all IT end user related issues. The Technician should also promptly update the ITSM tool with notes and ensure to follow the SLA standard.

4 to 8 years of relevant experience
Experienced in end-user IT support for multiple issues - hardware, software, operating systems, networks, cabling etc.
Open for local travel between sites
Open to work in night shifts when requried
Open to work on weekends when required
