The IT Helpdesk Engineer/Senior Engineer would serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
· Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
· Walk the customer through the problem-solving process. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
· Record events and problems and their resolution in the helpdesk tool provided. Follow-up and update customer status and information.
· Should have technical knowledge to ensure that tickets are analyzed and attempted to be resolved at first level itself.
· Adherence to ITIL framework and maintaining quality of tickets being raised which will be important while extracting reports.

4 to 8 years of relevant experience
Good communication skills
Strong customer focus attitude
Willing to work in shifts when required
Open to work on weekends when required
