Senior Project Manager - Airside Ramp Processes Expert ORAT

الوصف الوظيفي
Coordinate AO&S;operational elements during the ORAT test & trials period. Manage the development of the operational plans and processes for Abu Dhabi ramp operations and manage the development of airside trials scripts and their execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Stakeholder alignment for ORAT airside trials.
Preparation of airside and ramp working group presentation and MoM.
Chairing airside and ramp focal working group meetings, including sub-groups.
Liaison, planning and coordination of activities program against project timeline with the MTA project management team.
Communication of activities program against project timeline to operations.
Development of airside trial methodology captures in the Airside Trials Manual.
Development of trial scripts capturing all aspects of the CONOPs and consideration for contingencies.
Facilitating all airside trials.
Planning logistics and resources for trials, ensuring access with AVSEC and PD Security.
Ensuring safety and security aspects of each trial, through hazard ID and Risk Assessments of activities.
Supporting the operational verification and processes.
Capturing all documentation and analysis of each trial.
Determining success criteria and whether they have been met.
Managing trials timeline and program.
Procurement of resources and equipment as required.
Training needs analysis and provision.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
المهارات
Degree level education or equivalent experience in aviation or airport.
Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation operation; 5 years in airport operational trials.
Advanced knowledge in airport systems and operational procedures.
Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge in Arabic language is desirable.
