JOB DESCRIPTION:
Decide on suitable psychiatric treatment plans for patients, which often include a mix of psychological, medical and social interventions in conjunction with other health professionals
Prescribe medication when necessary
Work with children and young people up to 18 years of age who have a mental illness.
Monitor and review treatment regularly
Have excellent knowledge of physiology, anatomy, psychology, pharmacology and mental health law, as well as an awareness of the social factors that influence mental health
work closely within, or lead, a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatric nurses, psychologists and occupational therapists

SALARY: up to 75,000 AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience and qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
Open to ARABIC nationals
Male/Female, 60 y/o and below
Open to candidates outside UAE (must be eligible to obtain HAAD license)
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Medical Doctor graduate from an accredited medical school
At least 2 years of experience post board qualification
With work experience in UAE/UK/US is preferred
Must have DHA/HAAD/MOH License or Eligibility Letter
Excellent communication skills and must be bilingual – can speak fluent English and Arabic
