الوصف الوظيفي
Carries out general cleaning duties and the operation of dishwashing machinery to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring back of house areas are clean and safety guidelines are observed. Ensure all back of house areas are kept clean, in keeping with health and safety guidelines. Functional Responsibilities
Sort, stack dishes, and load/unload dishwasher
Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner
Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers, and ensuring bin area is kept clean and tidy.
Ensure the correct PPE is in place and guidelines are adhered to
Observe guidelines when handling hazardous substances and comply with all aspects of Health and Safety requirements
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
