Accountability Area:-
TNA (Training Need Analysis) and Training
Understand and analyse training needs (Work with business leaders, managers and employees to identify and assess future and current training needs and trends within the business, both for teams as well as individuals)
Develop and implement learning strategies, trainings and development plans based on company strategy, TNA and training trends
Design, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, mentoring, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning
Design training material
Conduct effective trainings and inductions Career plans
Design career plans
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing Vendors & Suppliers
Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants
Ensure new suppliers, when required, are properly evaluated and selected
Continually review supplier performance and report on this Monitoring & Reporting
Ensuring a robust set of L&D;KPI’s are developed and produced in line with the business reporting structure and business expectations
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Monitor and evaluate effective of trainers/instructors and report on them
Ensure client satisfaction – individual and corporate - is at the forefront of all activity, and report on it
Manage L&D;budget and report Other
Provide proactive support, advice and guidance on all training and development issues
Build strong relationships within the company by being approachable and knowledgeable
Ensure the learning and development function is managed professionally at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager
المهارات
MBA/ Bachelors degree in education, human resources or relevant field
Other professional certification is a plus
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an L&D;Manager, Training Manager or similar, preferably in Hospitality or other service industry
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Proficient in MS Office
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
Good knowledge of current learning and development activities
Experience of management development and soft skills training (developing content as well as conducting trainings)
Experience of partnering with third party (training) providers
Ability to build rapport with employees, management and vendors
Articulate and confident standing up and delivering to various audiences
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
A strong communicator, both written and spoken
Organised, a self-starter and an inspirational trainer
