الوصف الوظيفي
Train and develop in Mechanical Engineering and related disciplines, based on gap analysis findings .
Assess the competence of candidates against the established standards, and provide necessary co-ordination to ensure that the training activities are carried out effectively .
Develop and compile mechanical curriculum for various training requirements and deliver such training programs.
المهارات
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Over 5 years of Mechanical Maintenance experience in drilling industry and at least 3 years of teaching / training experience
