Construction role with a government organisation, this hire will work on various forms of construction contracts aside from the standard commercial aspects of any in-house position

Description
Heavy involvement in a range of construction contracts but FIDIC and JCT in particularDrafting and negotiating all inhouse contracts including HR policies, vendor contracts, agreements, etcPrepare all official documents, contracts, RFP’s and agreements in co-ordination with all the relevant sectors/Departments
Profile
Minimum of 6 years of legal experienceIn depth knowledge of FIDIC and JCT contractsFully fluent in Arabic and EnglishExperience of working either for a multinational or another governmental entity
NB: those coming from international law firms are also encouraged to apply
