Maintain direct internal and external relationships (cooking demonstrations, exam corrections, competitions, reports, cooking classes, etc.)
Prepare menus in collaboration with culinary colleagues and chefs
Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly team cooperation
المهارات
POSITION: Chef de Partie
SALARY: up to 4,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation

WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join by 12th of December 2019
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Male, below 40 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
At least 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie in the FnB or Hospitality industry with strong exposure in FRENCH cuisine
HACCP Certified or any PIC certificate is a plus
In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques
Catering and/banquet experience is an advantage
Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills
Must be energetic and with lively personality
