1. Head of NOC is the leader of operations & management center
2. The individual is the top escalation point and considered to be part of the overall senior leadership team of client operations team.
3. Experienced in managing technical staff in customer-facing service delivery roles
4. In depth knowledge of market-leading LAN/WAN technology, and MPLS networks.
5. In depth knowledge of market-leading Systems technology – OS, Database, Applications.
6. In depth knowledge of Network Security Design and related technologies
7. ITIL framework and excellent understanding of various ITIL processes
8. Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technologies and methodologies and apply them to technological and/or business needs
المهارات
· Minimum 10-15-year experience
· ITIL Expert Certification
· Excellent Interpersonal Skills
· Ability to develop positive relationships among clients, coworkers and management
· Ability to plan and manage own work
· Clear and effective verbal and written communication with users, peers and management
· Ability to deal with change and conflict
Have experience heading NOC operations for a large enterprise
