L2 Support (Covered by L2 team working under Infrastructure)

الوصف الوظيفي
1.  Level-2 IT Network Admin and Engineers for Problem management, incident management, change management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, Configuration Management, Event Management, Release and Deployment Management, And Service Validation and Testing;
2.  Responsible for assisting L1 personnel in solving technical problems and for investigating elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and finding solutions related to these more complex issues.
3.  Responsible to address tickets that take a comparatively longer time to resolve support tickets than level 1 and that may be because of the complexity of the problem (difficult or advanced problems).
Advanced level troubleshooting and analysis methods;
المهارات
1.  CCIE – Routing & Switching Certified
2.  Should be willing to work in 24x7 support environment – Shift basis.
3.  Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
4.  Must have 7-10 years of experience managing similar large-scale Cisco infrastructure base environment
