الوصف الوظيفي
The role of the General Manager is to oversee the entire management and operation of the business. The General Manager will be responsible for setting the targets of the business and each department with clear goals and KPl’s to be achieved, monitor the performance of the management team and departments and ensuring that these goals are achieved.
The General Manager is the ultimate authority within the park and will be making any and all financial decisions. The General Manager will also be responsible for the development of the facility along with improving the general operation of the business.
The General Manager will ensure the sales and marketing department achieves the sales targets set and the facility is marketed sufficiently and in the correct manner.
Work Experience:
5-10 years of experience as Senior Manager dealing in management, operations, administrative and business development in a leisure and hospitality environment Working in a large organization and the Middle East. Worked in a leisure facility of a similar nature.

Higher Education Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree First Aid/Aquatic safety certificates
