The role and what it will involve.
Responsible for providing essential coordination and administrative support to the programme and delivery team and ensuring that programme activities are conducted effectively and efficiently. This role also includes preparation for key stakeholder briefings, accurate minute taking and record keeping, you will be the working closely with Programme Director to make sure they are up to date with all the latest reporting trends.
Detail of the role.
· Organising, attending and participating in Customer and team meetings;
· Maintain effective documentation of meetings and workshops
· Ensure executive level briefings are prepared for in a professional and timely manner
· Management of actions from capture through to closure
· Undertaking regular ‘health checks’ of the programme to identify gaps and challenge performance and progress;
· Supporting effective programme governance, providing guidance on the format / content of programme progress briefings and reports;
· Working with key stakeholders, including delivery team, technical team, UK management, support functions and Customer project support staff, towards the achievement of the programme aims and goals;
· Identifying issues, dependencies and risks across the programme
· Liaising with the programme team

You must…
· Ability to live and work in Abu Dhabi for 24 months (mandatory)
· Knowledge of the constraints and nuances of working in Abu Dhabi gained through working in UAE or the Gulf region (mandatory)
· Experience of working within the Defence, Education, IT or Engineering sector(s) (mandatory)
· Bachelor degree in business or related field (ideally)

· An effective Communicate clearly with all levels of the organisations, all stakeholders and with external customers and have exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

· Work positively with the full range of cultures, individuals and groups involved with the project
· Appropriately challenge and take robust positions with a broad range of behavioural skills
· Possess outstanding interpersonal and community relations skills
· Prioritise effectively and display excellent time management skills
