- Define a Procurement action plan on yearly basis including budget forecast, mapping exercise, the coverage of spend categories by Procurement organization, the objectives in terms of savings and budget optimization, strategic sourcing (local, regional, global) and main issues in terms of business integration (upstream involvement in business needs, Procurement integration at PR level) .
- Validate with Category Management teams that the Procurement action plan is on line with the Procurement strategies by category .
- Awareness of new market opportunities, optimize supplier relationships for key suppliers and supplier base.
- Ensure implementation of Procurement/sourcing strategy at level in
respect with priorities and Category Management recommendations.
- Interface at level with internal customers, finance, accounting department, site administration .
- Manage Procurement budget and monitor spends by using spend map analysis .
- Ensure purchases covered by department are reported in the saving report.
- Implement Key Performance Indicators and follow up.
- Ensure organization awareness of ethical charter, Procurement procedures, procurement guideline, contract procedure, budget process and PR procedure
المهارات
5 to 7 years experience in the procurement or related field including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
Ability of provide administrative support to Management in the collection and analysis of data and development and implementation of policies and systems.
