SAT Instructional Technologist Specialist - 1 year Contract

Implement and assist, as an Instructional Technologist (IT), in ensuring the Systematic Approach to Training Process (SAT) including incorporating correct instructional techniques are implemented consistently throughout the corporation. SAT Compliance Review, maintain, and revise Job and Task Analyses associated with accredited training programs to ensure compliance with procedural and accreditation requirements.
Support staff in applying the SAT processes into training program development, implementation, and assessment to ensure World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) standards and accreditation requirements are met.
Conduct periodic assessments of Training accredited training programs to verify compliance with the SAT processes and expectations.
Training Activities Support Assist in the review of training lesson plans, student handouts, presentations, and assessment tools to ensure compliance with Training procedures.
Guide Training personnel on the development and maintenance of training program lesson material and assessment tools to ensure compliance with Training procedures and expectations.
Assist in the design, development and implementation of processes to verify and maintain instructor qualifications to minimize the need to hire additional instructors and to ensure compliance with Training procedures requirements.
Schedule and implement initial and continuing training programs for Training instructors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to establish and maintain instructor competency.
Analyze and file data gathered through instructor observations to provide input into the design and content of instructor continuing training.
Oversee and monitor the consistent application of training procedures, processes and industry guidance to ensure alignment.
Participate in periodic evaluations and assessments to ensure improving training effectiveness.
Health and Safety and Security Follow all relevant company’s Health and Safety policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure compliance in all aspects of work as per sound management practices. Apply these policies and procedures to self and others to ensure reasonable care of the health and safety of the employee; the environment; and various individuals who may be affected by the employee’s acts or omissions at work.
Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission critical activities.
People Management Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in a manner which supports the objectives of the corporation and its Emiratization strategy.
Contribute to knowledge dissemination/sharing in a way that assists with building internal capabilities of UAE Nationals where applicable and maximize their effective performance.

المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in technical field.
5 years of nuclear experience, out of which: 3 years’ experience in SAT.
