Main Duties: •Leads end-to-end business processes modelling for to derive meaningful and actionable insights promoting development of best practices and supporting enterprise business intelligence and performance improvement. Serves as an internal consultant and mentor to promote lean thinking and foster a continuous process improvement culture throughout the organization Detailed Description: •Develop the Companies Strategies for mapping effective Business Processes and ensure alignment with the overall organizational capability objectives. •Develops and reviews Company’s Key Business processes in various functional areas and ensures effective functioning of the new processes including smooth interface management among different divisions, focused and performance driven organization to ensure commitment to the delivery of goals. •Plans work programs for the key Business Processes activities including: o setting work programs, o Determines interface management among different divisions/ Business Units, o ensures alignment of Business Processes with Business Activities Delegation of Authorities Manual, o Develops, updates and adopts appropriate criteria/ standard practices, o Bench marking best practices and alternative strategies for efficiency and cost effectiveness o Recommends, new, consistent, coherent and practical Key Business Processes to accomplish company’s set objective. |
