§ Minimum 6 years of experience in Organization Excellence and Quality Management
§ Master of Business Administration or equivalent in Quality and Excellence specializations
§ Certified (Six Sigma / Lean Management / ASQ Certification in CMQ / OE)
§ EFQM/ SKEA/ DQA Certified and First Certified Auditor A certified
§ In-depth knowledge in various management systems such as quality, environment, occupational health, safety and continuity
§ Good command of written and spoken English
