We have an exciting career opportunity to work with Khidmah in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
a. Performance Management System:
1. Execute the Annual Performance Management Cycle for technical and the Bi-Annual Performance Management Cycle for the professional staff, ensuring the completion of KEYS appraisals end to end process that includes:
- Communications & Follow ups
- System update
- Escalation
- Reporting
- Calibration
2. Provide effective trainings (one to one & TeamViewer) to head of departments, managers, team leaders and employees regarding writing and conducting effective performance appraisals and PIP Process (If it is the case). Development of an employee oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
3. Ensure KEYS - Success Factor objectives setting from each department as per the performance cycle every year.
4. Achieve minimum of 85% performance appraisal completion rate for both technical and professional staff.
5. Follow up on Performance Improvement Program cases to be continue or ended (as it is the case) and the cases that continue, set meetings to establish reasons and period of time of extension.
6. Data base update - Twice (2) per month
7. Success Factor - New joiners and their personal information update.
b. Recruitment
1. Manage the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening, conducting references checks. Ensure all vacancies are filled as required, to support the smooth functioning of concerned departments.
2. Sourcing CVs on different portals and advertise the positions on LinkedIn.
3. Play an active role in the CV selection process, interview candidates and provide detail assessments based on job requirements.
4. Provide weekly recruitment report and activity updates
5. Always adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of professionalism is maintain at all times.
6. Ensure that Provis recruitment and selection policies/procedures are adhere to and Provis conforms to the UAE labour Law & guidelines in its hiring process.
7. Conduct orientation/induction (onboarding presentation) to the professional staff.
8. Handling administrative duties related to the recruitment process such as preparation of offer letters, new joiners check list, computing employee cost (CTC) and ensuring that is does not exceed the position budget.
9. Ensure all required approved documents are in records before proceeding with offer/hiring process.
10. Ensure to meet the recruitment time scale.
11. Follow up and guidance for the Internal Change Request Form - Line manager change, internal transfers, promotions requests. Oversee the HC manpower email.
12. Assist Director HC & Administration in any miscellaneous duties that are assigned such as drafting job descriptions, creating new recruitment programs, organizing recruitment activities, etc.
13. Responsible in sourcing & handling Interview’s for all the grades
المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree is required as the minimum level of education
· Professional HR certification and/or a master’s degree in HR
· Excellent computer literacy; SAP – Success Factor knowledge is an advantage
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR
· Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
