Senior Architect

We are looking for Senior Architect,

• 10+ years of experience, completed several full successful
projects (Residential, Schools, Hospitality, Industrial, etc..)

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture.

• Manage the design process from inception through concept,
schematic design, detail design to ensure quality and client
satisfaction.

• Design development & coordination with related disciplines.

• Illustrate the design presentation, reports, models &
conformity upon material selection, specification to achieve
the target cost.

• Develop budgets and schedules to meet project objectives
as well as value engineering principles.

• Organize the sub‐consultant services and confirm their
scope of work during the design stages & their contract
agreement.

• Quality assurance with design disciplines and production
documentation.

• Direct the production of construction documents, drawings
and specifications.
