Business Development Executive / Recruitment

You will be responsible for developing new client relationships through continual business development and focused networking. This will involve developing a strong business network; securing and attending numerous client meetings; pitching for new business

You will be responsible for day-to-day management of corporate client recruitment requirements and service delivery.

Requirements
· proven and consistent background in recruitment consultancy, B2B business development, consultancy or account management, or customer or client service experience in a highly commercial or challenging environment.
· fluent Arabic and English speaker
· must have at least 2 years of B2B corporate sales, lead generation, customer service or relationship management experience.
· must have excellent negotiation and presentation skills, be highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage their own time.
· two years of UAE experience and a UAE driving license are essential.
