Maintain links with the Group’s catering department
Maintain direct internal and external relationships (cooking demonstrations, exam corrections, competitions, reports, cooking classes, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, and analytical skills
Excellent leadership skills
Performs task accurately and efficiently

POSITION: EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: Fine Dining Restaurant
WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join by November 15, 2019
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Male or Female, below 35 years old
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
Minimum 5 years in kitchen management
HACCP Certified or any PIC certificate is an advantage
Strong exposure in a FRENCH CUISINE is a must
Working experience in any Michelin Restaurant is an advantage
