Critical Care Nurse Educator

Job Description and Requirements
We are currently looking for an Education Coordinator in for an extremely well established hospital group in the United Arab Emirates (based in Abu Dhabi OR Al Ain)
Key Responsibilities;

Provides leadership and acts as a positive role model and mentor
Provides consultative clinical advice to staff through a variety of mediums
Recommends changes to existing practice based on contemporary evidence
Provides appropriate resources and materials to staff to ensure safe and effective care
Promotes a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through contemporary evidenced-based research
Develops a training needs analysis based on current and future scope of service, regulatory requirements and retrospective and prospective risk reduction strategies
Evaluates the effectiveness of educational activities to determine effectiveness
Maintains an accurate record of all educational activities
Develops educational materials which meet the needs of a culturally diverse population

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Diploma not accepted due to licensing requirements)
Postgraduate in Education or equivalent is desired
3+ Years’ Experience in as an Educator, Hospital based in Western Europe, Central America, South Africa and Australasia
Fluency in written and spoken English
