Key responsibilities and duties within Job Specific Competencies
Expectation - Lead Management:
· Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities
· High Monitoring and improve telephone handling and daily leads assignment to agents
· Generate Leads by Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria by upcoming, running campaign and Hot Projects
· Lead Generation and demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship
followed within SLA
· Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
· Maintain accurancy and update the customer information in system
· Manage, develop and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
· Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate
outbound lead opportunities
· Intensive follow up on leads and assured the success transaction for the potential leads
· Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in CRM system
· Meet personal targets and work towards PSI sales goals and profitability
· Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter etc
Customer Service skills:
· Ensure a professional communication with PSI clients by presenting PSI in the best image
· Exceed customer’s expectations by providing the best approach in meeting client’s needs and requirements
· Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service
· All client communications need to be done through PSI official number and follow email equities
