Sr. Quantity Surveyor:
*Payment & Valuation - Potable Water, Telecom & Irrigation:

Basic Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of interim payment
Valuations and assessments
Coordination with draughtsman and site staff
Checking shop drawings, Specs and Contract drawings
Subcontractor’s invoice and payment certificates
Final payment in accordance with contracts.
Final accounts settlements
Liaising with the Consultants and Sub-Consultants.

*Quantity Take Off

Material quantity take off quantities
Support to project procurement
Weekly and Monthly cost and revenue estimations
Cost and Revenue projections and forecast
Project cash-flows support
Change control
Budget Support
Project Close out
