Should have minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience working in a central kitchen with full knowledge and command over all areas
Including costing, setting menu, food pricing, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Expert in cooking South Indian , North Indian , Arabic and Chinese dishes (Breakfast items, lunch and dinner)
Should have experience of cooking in bulk and also presentation of food, garnishing and food safety
