-A specialist , experienced in Projects’ base company mainly main contractors with million dollars projects; and with project sites and head office base operation model
-Must be from the dredging industry or Oil & Gas industry or Civil/Infrastructure industry with company that has a wide geographical spread U.A.E , Middle East( Saudi , Bahrain ) North Africa, Egypt, Europe
-Has worked in an environment where people mobility across projects and between countries ; and between head office and site is frequent ; and thus C&B;philosophy to take the same into accounts .
With practical approach to C&B;philosophy and an agile mind-set
-Has worked on Global Mobility policies
-Is savvy with Mercer grading and salary scales
-Has done major projects related to C&B;, Job evaluation , salary structure, benchmarking ; updates and etc
