Job Brief
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Manager with sales skills for software and IT solutions to help us build up our business activities.
And responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone.
Ultimately help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge.
Obtain new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue.
Strong closing skills are essential.
This role requires a self-starting attitude with the ability of being highly organized. Dealing with clients at all levels in a confident manner and have the ability to grasp new opportunities as they are presented.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
BS/MS degree in Computer science and business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
· Fluent in English (written / spoken) (Arabic is an advantage)

Years of experience: Min. of 8-10 Years’ experience with at least 3 years in similar position
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, Software Engineering, IT equivalent degree.
