Job Description and Requirements
JOB PURPOSE:
Performs skilled rotating equipments maintenance at an advanced level on Offshore Super Complex and Well Head Towers in safe manner.
Supports engineering, construction and commissioning activities, onshore and offshore during project stage for rotating equipments and packages.
Work includes but is not limited to maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, gear boxes, diesel engines, air compressors, various pumps, mechanical seals, auxiliary systems of rotating equipments, utility packages and material handling equipments.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
Technical secondary education certificate in rotating mechanical trade, followed by 2 years of formal training to a technical diploma Or Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
10+ years’ experience in the field of rotating machinery equipment maintenance engineering and services with minimum 5 years of offshore experience.
Experience on Gas turbine and Compressors troubleshooting and maintenance
Experience in MAXIMO or equivalent maintenance management system.
Knowlegde of various international standards such as ASTMs, API etc.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Excellent knowledge of HSE policies both onshore and offshore.
Good understanding of local market knowledge
Knowledge of supply chain processes.
Knowledge of maintenance strategy and analysis techniques
Strong rotating equipment trouble shooting diagnostic experience.
PC application skills –Microsoft Office, MAXIMO or equivalent etc.
