Job Description and Requirements
At least 7 + years of hands on experience with 4 end-to-end implementations
Should be strong in SAP FICO with experience in the implementation of SAP RE-FX ( Real Estate)
Experience in SAP FI-LA (Lease Accounting), IFRS-16 standards
SAP HANA Data Modeling knowledge is an added advantage.
Portfolio Management – Real Estate Analytics, Master Data Management – Business Entity, Building, Rental Object, Business
partner
Usage & Architectural Views of Master Data, Commercial Real Estate Management, Real Estate Search, Lease Management, Condition Adjustment, Sale Based Rent, Legal Compliance
Corporate Real Estate Management, Modernization & refurbishment, Maintenance & Repair, Service Management,
Integration with other Modules of SAP like FICO, PS & PM, Integration with GIS, CAD/CAM software etc…
Should have good understanding on standard Analytics & work with Analytics team for development of reports & dashboards
