To install, configure, maintain, support, and secure Local area network, including hardware resources and software applications, to ensure that the network is reliable and that the organization’s IT resources are used efficiently.
Identifies, analyses, and drives problems to resolution, handling small to intermediate issues simultaneously while effectively communicating and engaging high level technical peers.
المهارات
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
CCNA, CCNP, CCVP or equivalent certificate
Understanding of various monitoring, management, and capacity planning tools.
Intermediate understanding of design, configurations, and support concepts.
Advanced understanding of troubleshooting methodologies, steps, and tools.
Intermediate knowledge of switching technology, configurations & network protocols.
Intermediate knowledge of local and wide area network connectivity
Intermediate Knowledge of supporting wireless technology
Knowledge of root causes analysis techniques, problem resolution standards and problem analysis procedures to minimize capacity problems.
Understanding of security policies, procedures and standards to promote consistency of security products and services.
Intermediate knowledge of approved Network and Telephony products and services.
Understanding of Configuration Items (CIs) to ensure compliance with policies and standards
