Job Description and Requirements
Role Summary

Offers the opportunity as an experienced Drilling Performance Data Analyst to join the team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Essential Responsibilities:

Monitoring, analysis, and management of Drilling data
The Drilling Performance Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the customer’s Real Time Operation center engineers & end users have access to quality real-time data. Activities will include the following:

Scheduling and coordinating data delivery from Customer’s WITSML stores using WellLink™ Solutions
Perform continuous surveillance and QA/QC of data received in the Real-Time Monitoring Center
Integrate various sources of data (real-time, static, surface & downhole measurements, DDR and EDM) into existing data models
Assist the Real-Time Monitoring Center engineers and operators with data mining, extraction, and analysis
Ensure compliance with data standards to meet Customer requirements
Implementation of QA/QC metrics and reporting for operation KPIs
Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement
Communication with office-based E&P;personnel
Work with Customer to ensure any data quality issues are resolved at the source with 3rd party aggregation provider
Assist users with WellLink™ Solutions related issues
Generate reports and entitlement management as required
Interface with Technical support teams
The first level of support for all users of WellLink™ Solutions
Track requests in the remedy process used by the Real-Time Monitoring Center team
Work with Customer IT teams to ensure WellLink™ Solutions patches are installed as efficiently as possible and in line with Customer & BHGE agreements and policies.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors’ degree, equivalent university degree or combination of education & experience
2+ years’ of engineering experience in the oil and gas industry
Previous experience and fundamental knowledge in well placement operations
Extensive analytical skills and abilities
Desired Characteristics:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work and communicate effectively with customer
Strong Computer skills
Ability to work in the customer office
Previous experience in presenting technical information
