Production Supervisor –High-Speed Bottling Line

The Production Supervisor is responsible to organize a production shift as per the operation and demand. This includes the efficient planning of manpower, material, and machine to produce the quality goods on time.
The role also contains the knowledge of 5 Gallon & PET bottling plant machinery, continual process improvement, efficient operation and planning of available resources, production of quality product

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage production schedule, manpower & material planning as per Forecast and demand
• Must be able to do size changes and product changes.
• Must be able to operate & help operator to trouble shoot during operational issues on equipment or Line.
• Manage shifts Day & Night as per the allocation
• Implement Training Program for Operators.
• Ensure all machines start & run on time & efficiently.
• Ensure of cost effective production by reducing rejection level.
• Comply GMP needs
• Preparing the required departmental reports. (Production, Down time, Man & Machine Utilization, Material Wastage, Product Wastage, Daily operator routine Maintenance, GMP)
• Comply with corporate food safety & hygiene procedures as well municipality regulations.
• Comply with Health & Safety as per local Standard.
• Handling WO’s through JDE system as per demand in daily basis.
• Raw Material & Finish Goods issue and hand over, without any variation.
