• Supervises, coordinates and communicates the development of the construction of the project with different parties and provides continuous reports on that behalf; • Communicates and ensures the full implementation of the standards, requirements and the design plans in the construction phase; • Assists in the planning activities with other sections and provide inputs and analysis regarding the construction of the desired projects and plans; • Engages in the preparation of the construction phase and deliver analysis and reports regarding the intended construction methods; • Provides reports to the management regarding the development in the construction technology as part of the continuous development of the company`s operations; • Provides detailed reports regarding the development of the construction to the management; • Verifies the completion of phases and verifies the payment certificates approval to the contracting as per required; • Ensures all the installations, construction processes and materials matches the standards and respect the contracts; • Develops and structures the work process and its structure for the sections and subordinates and ensures efficient and effective work design for MEP, Civil and Construction activities; • Ensures that the contractors and the construction place respects and complies with the highest standards of safety and security; • Develops, maintains and implements the examination process of all the materials, suppliers, quality and health and safety; • Coordinates and communicates with the design team on matters related to the project and ensures all the design aspects is comprehended and communicated by all parties; • Act as the trusted point of coordination between all the parties on the construction site and ensures well communication and coordination by all parties; • Builds and operates support system to assist all parties in conducting and implementing their roles, responsibilities and jobs in the construction phase; • Performs physical inspections on the construction site and ensures all policies and procedures are being honored and implemented. • Performs all other ad hoc activities as and when required. |
